Return & Exchange Policy
We want to ensure you are happy with your order. As a small team, we address questions and concerns as quickly as we can throughout the week and will reply as soon as we have reviewed your request.
If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us at info@itinerantgamestudios.com so that we can fix it. We cannot process unapproved exchanges/returns/refunds.
Note: We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on digital products, or products purchased from third party or private sellers.
If you purchased a PDF of one of our books and have decided you would prefer to have a physical copy as well, please reach out to us and we will be happy to arrange for you to pay the difference (plus any applicable shipping and/or taxes).
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order has shipped (usually 24-48 hours after it's been placed), we cannot cancel an order. If you haven't received a shipping notification yet and you'd like to cancel it, You can do so conveniently from your user profile on our website. If you are having difficulty with the cancellation process, please contact us ASAP with the following information so we can process your request manually:
